This years Indiana summer included a unique combination: Yoga, Paddle Boards & Pontoon Boats on beautiful Lake James. Teaming up for a photo shoot for their upcoming 2019 Qwest Pontoons  catalog, with SUP 101 Lakes Family Yoga & Jeff Bell Photography.

Taking fitness, fun & good health to a whole new level. I've never imagined doing yoga from a paddle board ? However, the additional challenges of stability, focus, and a distracting audience made this even more interesting. A total body workout, on the water!

Not into Yoga ? (probably haven't tried it, yet) Try Paddle Boarding, it is super relaxing, and when you're done you'll feel like you got in a workout and a great paddle. Next time you're near Lake James, Indiana ? look up SUP 101 Lakes Paddle Board Rental  and give Yoga a try.
